17SOBRE OS CURSOS DE PORTUGUÊS PARA ESTRANGEIROS
Durante o primeiro semestre letivo do ano de 2024 serão oferecidos os seguintes CURSOS PRESENCIAIS: Iniciante (Nível A1); Pré-Intermediário (A2), Intermediário (Níveis B1/B2) e Avançado (C1/C2). Poderão ser também oferecidos os seguintes CURSOS/OFICINAS REMOTOS: Intermediário, Avançado e Oficinas de Produção Textual. A efetivação da oferta de turmas dependerá do número de inscritos, a critério da Coordenação dos Cursos. Os alunos de todos os níveis deverão fazer Cursos Complementares, presenciais ou remotos, conforme orientações da coordenação do curso. A carga horária total dos cursos será cumprida através dezesseis horas semanais de atividades de estudo. As aulas estão previstas para iniciar em 29/04/2024 e terminar em 18/07/2024 , totalizando doze semanas.
As aulas regulares são oferecidas às segundas e quartas-feiras e têm duração de uma hora e meia. Os cursos complementares poderão serão oferecidos, às terças-feiras, a critério da coordenação do curso. TODAS AS AULAS DO CURSO EM TODOS OS NÍVEIS SÃO DADAS EM PORTUGUÊS e acompanhadas pela coordenação do curso. Para o caso das aulas remotas RECOMENDAMOS O USO DE LAPTOP OU PC. TERCEIROS NÃO TÊM AUTORIZAÇÃO PARA PARTICIPAR DAS AULAS. NINGUÉM TEM AUTORIZAÇÃO PARA FILMAR E/OU GRAVAR ÁUDIOS E/OU IMAGENS DAS AULAS.
PERÍODO PARA PEDIDO DE MATRÍCULA
O período de solicitação de matrícula nos cursos do NUPPLES -Português do Brasil para Estrangeiros 2024.1 estará aberto das 17h00 do dia 07/03/2024 até 17h00 do dia 17/03/2024. Não serão aceitos pedidos de inscrição que não cumpram todas as etapas e exigências solicitadas.
PROCEDIMENTOS PARA SOLICITAR INSCRIÇÃO E INFORMAÇÕES SOBRE NIVELAMENTO:
1 - Acesse o site do Projeto NUPPLES/UERJ 2 - Após ler todas as instruções, preencha o formulário com as informações solicitadas e clique em enviar. Assegure-se de ter digitado todas as informações corretamente, em especial, o seu endereço de e-mail. Após envio do formulário, você verá uma mensagem com informações sobre como concluir a sua inscrição. Leia-a com atenção. 3 - Após a análise dos documentos enviados, você receberá uma mensagem por e-mail, confirmando o recebimento de seu pedido de inscrição, se for o caso, e com instruções para acesso à plataforma. 4 - Os cursos são gratuitos, mas você poderá ser requisitado a adquirir materiais didáticos ou paradidáticos. 5 - O número máximo de vagas por turma é de 20 alunos. As vagas serão preenchidas conforme a ordem de chegada do "pedido de matrícula" e da entrega dos documentos solicitados dentro do prazo. Será organizada uma lista de espera para eventual segunda chamada, se possível. Ex-alunos que tiverem sido reprovados por falta em semestre anteriores perdem a garantia de vaga. 6 - Nos dias 10/04, 17/04, e 24/04, todos os alunos deverão participar das Oficinas de Nivelamento/Revisão que terão por objetivo avaliar o nível de proficiência dos alunos e revisar conhecimentos. Todos os novos alunos deverão fazer prova de nivelamento escrita no dia 25/03. As instruções serão dadas aos que tiverem as matrículas confirmadas. . Ao final das oficinas, será indicado o nível de proficiência mais adequado para que o(a) aluno(a) possa seguir o curso.
ON THE COURSES OF PORTUGUESE FOR FOREIGNERS
During the 2024.1 Academic Period, the Center for Research and Teaching of Portuguese as a Foreign/Second Language (NUPPLES) will offer the following ON-CAMPUS COURSES: Basic (A1), Pre-Intermediate (A2), Intermediate (B1/B2) and Advanced (C1/C2). Remote and/or online courses may also be offered, for the following levels: Intermediate, Advanced and Writing Workshop. The courses' total duration load is 16 hours per week of studying activities.
Classes of 2024.1 academic term will be held for twelve weeks long, from April 29th up to July 17th.
Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays afternoons and last one hour and a half. Complementary courses may be held on Tuesdays. Notice that CLASSES OF ALL LEVELS ARE HELD IN PORTUGUESE and supervised by the course coordination staff. If there are online classes, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND STUDENTS TO USE A LAPTOP OR A PERSONAL COMPUTER TO ATTEND THE CLASSES. THIRD PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE CLASSES. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO FILM AND/OR RECORD (IMAGES AND/OR VOICES) ANY MOMENT IN CLASS.
ENROLMENT REQUESTS PERIOD
The Enrolment Request for the 2024.1 Term of the Portuguese for Foreigners Courses will be open from March 07th, 2024, at 05 o'clock PM up to March 17th, 2024, at 05 o’clock PM. Requests that do not follow all the steps below will not be accepted.

1-Access www.nupples.website and click on Inscrições
2- After having carefully reading all instructions, fill in the application form with the right pieces of information required and click on “enviar”/ “send”. Be sure everything is correct – especially your email address. After submitting the pre-enrolment request form, you will see a message with information on how to complete your registration. Read it carefully.
3 - After analyzing the documents sent, you will receive an e-mail message, confirming the acceptance of your request (if applicable). You will also receive instructions to access the platform.
4- There are no fees to to be paid for the courses. However, didactic or extra material may be required.
5 - The number of vacancies per class group is 20. Vacancies will be filled according to the following arrangement: order of received pre-registration request AND following the instructions about the scanned documents to be sent to the coordination. A waiting list will be organized for a possible second call.
6 - For the ones whose pre-enrolment request is accepted or those whose are UERJ interchange students, it's mandatory to attend to a "Placement or Refreshment Workshop' that will be held on April 10th, 17th and 24th. This Workshop is for both content revision and evaluating students' Portuguese proficiency, which will determine the level of each one. Do not miss these workshops.
NEW STUDENTS SHOULD TAKE THE LEVELLING WRITTEN TEST ON MARCH 20th.
Instructions will be sent to all enrolled students.
After concluding the me Workshop, coordination will indicate the appropriate course level to be followed by the students.
